Lamb meat usually with bones
4 potatoes
1 cup white beans
1 large onionĀ
Salt/Pepper
Turmeric
2 dried limes
1 Tablespoon tomato paste
Lemon Juice
CinnamonĀ
1 cup garbanzo beans
First place the garbanzo beans, meat, onion, white beans and limes in a pot.
Add water, cover and put on a medium heat for 35 minutes.
Then add the potatoes, tomato paste and cinnamon.
Cook for a further 20 minutes.
Pour out water. Mash the meat and potatoes.
