Persian Recipes Joojeh Kebab

Ingredients,

2kg Chicken

4 Onions Finely chopped

8 Tomatoes

1 cup Olive Oil

Salt

Pepper

First mix the olive oil. onions, salt and pepper.

Remove skin from Chicken and cut into small pieces.

Marinate for 3 hours (or over night).

Put Chicken on skewers.

Add tomatoes to skewers.

Brush with marinade.

Put on a barbecue for 10 minutes each side.

If you don't have a barbecue you can use an oven.
