Ingredients,
750g rice
1200g Chicken
Oil
75g Almonds
50g Butter
150g Orange peel
75g Pistachios
2 Onions
Sugar 750g, Saffron 1 teaspoon
Salt/Pepper
Fry onions and chicken in oil until brown.
Add water salt and pepper and cook for 30 minutes.
Add sugar, water and saffron.
Soak almonds in water for 90 minutes. Thinly slice.
Boil rice and add chicken in layers with orange peel and almonds on top.
Cover and cook on a very low heat for 45 minutes.
